BRIJ Medical Inc. is growing—and we’re looking for entrepreneurial Independent Sales Representatives to bring our innovative incision management system to surgeons, hospitals, surgery centers, and private practices.

Our portfolio includes Brijjit® Force Modulating Tissue Bridges and BRIJ-SEAL™, giving clinicians innovative technologies designed for different needs across incision management.

What You’ll Do

Build and grow relationships with surgeons, PAs, hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare decision-makers.
Introduce and educate customers on BRIJ's incision management technologies.
Drive new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and territory development.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, in-services, and case coverage.
Identify opportunities to expand BRIJ across existing accounts.
Partner closely with the BRIJ team to grow your territory and customer base.

What We’re Looking For

Medical device or healthcare sales experience.
Deep relationships with surgeons and PAs across Plastics, Ortho, Spine, Cardiac, and/or OB/GYN.
Experience navigating hospitals, surgery centers, and health systems.
Confident communicator who can build relationships and influence clinical stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, competitive, and comfortable working independently.
Someone who wants to build something—not just sell something.
