This single-use, hypoallergenic wound sealant is designed to allow surgeons to seal, protect, and reinforce post-operative incisions.

BRIJ-SEAL™ is a single-use, sterile, hypoallergenic wound sealant engineered for strength, flexibility, and biocompatibility. It provides a 14-day bacterial barrier to seal and protect post-operative incisions and uses the same proven hypoallergenic adhesive technology as Brijjit®, which demonstrated no reported allergic reactions across six clinical studies. The result is a simple, efficient alternative to traditional topical skin adhesives and wound dressings.
BRIJ-SEAL™ can be used as a standalone wound sealant, applied over the final suture layer or staples to replace traditional glues, tapes, or dressings. It can also be paired with Brijjit® on top—eliminating the need for a final running suture—to actively offload tension while sealing, protecting, and optimizing incision healing.
